Impure Mind Is The Cause Of All Diseases

Considering 'mind itself as the root of all misfortunes' it has been said – the person whose mind deteriorates, his nature also deteriorates. Ayurveda has not considered germs as the root cause of diseases, but due to mental disorders, germs of disease arise. The seed or sprout of all diseases is hidden within the fear, anger, jealousy, hatred, attachment and aversion prevailing in the heart. Raga, malice and attachment are made by human beings, they only cause sorrow and bind the creature. Just as a silk worm makes silk and gets bound in it, it dies after getting trapped in it; In the same way man has woven his web of passion and hatred and a man tied to him is born again and again in this world.

'I' is the jewelry of 'me', the world of bondage.

Why is Das Kabira tied, go to Ram Adhar.

The meaning of mental disease is lust, anger, greed, attachment, item, matsara, ego, anxiety, attachment, affection, worry, intolerance, impatience, incontinence and darp are diseases of the mind (mental diseases). Those who get these diseases, their condition becomes miserable and they lead the person towards degradation. Although a long list of mental diseases has been given by Goswami Tulsidasji, but only three are prominent among them.

Society can not do without lust, anger and greed. Anger continues with bile in the chest. Preeti karhin jaun threeiu brother. The resulting death is painful. (Rachma 7.121. 28-31)

Goswami has called lust a disease of vata, greed as a disease of phlegm and anger as a disease of bile. Vata, Kapha and Pitta have an important place in the structure of the body. When they remain in an even state, the body remains healthy, but when they are dissimilar, the body becomes a home of diseases, if all three become irritable, it becomes typhoid.

In the Uttarkand of Shri Ramcharitmanas, Shri Kakbhushundiji says to Garudji – all diseases arise from attachment –
Mohd gross disease tax root. Tinh te puni upjahin bahu sula.

In the Gita, the Lord has called them to be born from the mode of passion. There is great glory in the world of lust for various vices of the inner soul.

According to the scriptures, by following it, both the world and the afterlife are created. Without this, the work of creation cannot go on, but due to indulging in sexual intercourse, man becomes the partaker of sorrow. The second meaning of work is desire. There is no end to human desires. The only remedy for its peace is contentment.

  • Greed - Just as there is no cross of greed in mental illness. A greedy person becomes disfigured in the same way as white leprosy destroys the beauty of the body.
  • Anger - Anger is called pitta in mental diseases. Angered bile always burns the chest. Anger destroys man's energy. Along with deteriorating the appearance of the wrathful, his intellect and strength also begin to deteriorate. Anger can be conquered only by peace.
  • Mamta - Mamta has been called shingles in mental diseases. In shingles, there is first pleasure in itching and then there is pain. Similarly, in Mamta, there is happiness in the attainment of something first, but when it is not received (if there is separation) there is a lot of sorrow in the mind.
  • Jealousy - In jealousy, the person wants that no one else should ever get any credit for any work other than him. Envy may let go of jealousy, but jealousy never leaves them. Pitta increases in a person who is jealous; Due to this his intellect and heart get burnt by the acid of bile and his sharpness and discretion are destroyed. Due to increasing jealousy, pain starts in the stomach of a person. Due to jealousy, a person suffers from diseases like gall, stones, burning sensation and liver failure.
  • Malice - Malice means to get false self-satisfaction by criticizing others. Hatred within man is born out of inferiority complex and dissatisfaction with one's position. From hatred begets blasphemy and from blasphemy is born hatred.
  • Matsar - The jealousy that occurs in the mind on seeing the wealth and honor of others and to be ashamed of oneself and to suffer from inferiority complex is called matsar. Burning on seeing foreign happiness is tuberculosis. Just as tuberculosis does not go away quickly, similarly wicked people are always jealous on seeing the happiness of others.
  • Wrongness of the mind - The crookedness of the mind is like leprosy. Just as no one allows leprosy to sit near him, similarly a crooked person (cheater, trickster) also gets condemned in the society. God has also said – 'Do not be interested in deceit and deceit.'
  • Ego - Ego is like a disease causing great pain. Just as a person walks with his throat elevated when he has goiter; Similarly, an arrogant person walks with his head held high in his false ego.
  • Trishna - The desire to get pleasures is called craving, which never fades but increases day by day. Trishna is compared with dropsy disease. In this disease, the stomach of a person becomes like a dholak, due to which he has to suffer a lot. Similarly, due to increased craving, the stomach of a person never gets filled with pleasures and he is always restless.
  • Son, wealth and respect in the world - these are called 'trivid ishna' (three types of craving). A person suffering from threefold desire loses his conscience and keeps on attaining them by becoming intellect.
  • Arrogance, Pride - In arrogance or pride, a person considers himself great and others insignificant. Pride is the king of man's vices. It is a magnet that attracts all defects and diseases. Pride, by irritating the person's air, bile and phlegm, causes heaviness, gas and other phlegm diseases and suffocation.
  • Indiscretion – In mental illness, indiscretion has been compared to fever. Just as fever brings heat to the mind, senses and body of a person, similarly the actions done in an unreasonable way give a person the heat of sorrow in the end.
  • Incontinence – A person who is incontinent in eating and drinking becomes a patient of stomach. Similarly, if a person who does not have control over speech, abuses, slanders, insults anyone, then he damages the brain cells related to his tongue and causes cancer or paralysis of the mouth or tongue. falls prey to diseases or becomes dumb in rebirth.

Various diseases caused by mental disorders, corrupted feelings of the heart have a very bad effect on our mind and body, Gout is a terrible disease. Doctors believe that due to the disturbance and worry of the mind, this disease takes a severe form.

Heart disease is the result of anger, irritability, passion and unbalanced emotion. Due to these disorders the heart starts beating and later the same beats turn into a terrible disease. Moving away from love and balanced life is the cause of this disease. Therefore, its infallible medicine is – Nishkam Godly love. By loving everyone, even the hardest of hearts become soft (disease-free).

The main cause of diabetes disease is mental exhaustion and anxiety. In extreme pain and anxiety, the body keeps on pouring more amount of sugar into the blood vessels. The only medicine to get rid of this disease is to have the most love and the mind to be always calm and happy.

The disease 'Hypertension' is caused by mental anguish, heartache, anxiety and fear. The medicine for this disease is that a person should surrender all his worries to God and do not create a nature of anger and irritation in talks.

'I will never be angry, I will never be irritated and I will never be afraid' - By keeping such a feeling in the mind, the mind becomes happy and the body becomes healthy and blood pressure is cured. Because- 'The defeats of the mind are the defeats, the victories are won by the mind.'

Why do diseases come to us?
God is the storehouse of all virtues – eternal courage, strength, beauty, health and wealth. We are the children of God, so we have a right over all the things of God. We should have the same courage, the same strength, the same beauty, the same health and the same wealth that God has in our lives. If we do not have all this in our life then we should establish contact with God i.e. pray-
'I am the beloved child of God. God will surely give complete health of body and mind to his beloved child. The blessings of God my father are on my head. My body and mind must be healthy.'
The best medicine for mental diseases is remembrance of God. Ram Kripam Nashin everyone is sick. Jaun has become like a coincidence. (Rachma 7.122.5).

Just as even the bitter smoke becomes sweet and fragrant after the sacrifice of a havishyan, the salty water of the sea turns into sweet water by contact with the sun's rays; Similarly, as a result of virtue and prayer of God, the frustrated-disappointed-depressed disorders of the mind are removed and transformed into a new wave, a new zeal.

The more our mind turns towards God, the more peace will come in our mind. Where there is peace, the mind will be happy. When happiness comes, the agitation of the mind disappears. The cessation of excitement is the end of sorrow. (Gita 2.65)

Describing a unique remedy, Lord Vedavyasji says that if a person takes a vow of benevolence to all the creatures of the world, keeping God's wisdom in them, then he will be free from diseases forever.
